About the Role
We’re seeking an ambitious, collaborative Project Director with a strong background in retail construction projects to join our Brisbane team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive, flexible environment that values career development and impactful projects.
About You.
* Preferred qualifications: Tertiary degree in construction, architecture, or engineering.
* 12+ years of experience in property project management, ideally focused on retail projects, with a strong track record of delivery. Experience with institutional investor or shopping centre clients (e.g. GPT, QIC, ISPT, Vicinity, Scentre Group, Lendlease, AMP, Charter Hall, Mirvac) is preferred, though backgrounds in commercial, education, or aviation sectors will also be considered.
* Experience working with institutional investor clients is desirable, along with tenancy coordination and/or construction experience in live, operational shopping centre environments
* Proven experience with client-side consultancy or similar roles.
* Strong team player with a collaborative approach to project delivery.
* Commitment to fostering a project team aligned with our organisational values and culture.
* Demonstrated success in delivering projects for institutional or corporate clients is highly desirable.
