Specialist Anaesthetists Wanted for Regional Victoria
We are seeking talented Specialist Anaesthetists to fill various roles in Melbourne's outer metro area and Regional Victoria. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to develop areas of interest such as ICU, perioperative medicine, pain management, and quality improvement.
The successful applicant will support the team of salaried and VMO specialists to expand and improve anaesthetic services. Our department offers a Preadmission Clinic, Acute Pain Service, and a broad range of anaesthetic experiences.
You will work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team, apply clinical knowledge for diagnosis and treatment, and supervise trainees and interns in the department. You will be responsible for providing direction and guidance to the Anaesthetic group across various responsibilities.
In this role, you will provide clinical expertise and excellent service in anaesthesia and perioperative medicine, including in-theatre, acute pain, preadmission clinic, delivery suite, and other duties as directed by the director of anaesthesiology and perioperative medicine.
