This is an exciting opportunity to well-established, well-respected Cairns real estate agency who is currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused professional to join their small team.
This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm. Car park space is provided and use of company vehicle during business hours.
This position will be responsible for managing routine inspections and coordinating maintenance across the agency's property portfolio.
The role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and enjoys providing top-notch service to both tenants and property owners.
This role may be a great fit for someone with a trade or property maintenance background who is personable and looking to transition off the tools while still using their industry knowledge in a customer-focused, office-based role.
Previous experience in real estate or a related industry is preferred however not essential.
