About The Role
We are looking for an experienced
Administration Officer
with accounts payable experience to join our team We want to hear from you if you have strong administrative skills, keen attention to detail, and excellent time-management skills.
Key Responsibilities Of The Role
Process purchase invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Match invoices to corresponding purchase orders, and prepare invoices for payment
System data entry
Manage email inbox and respond to inquiries
General reception duties (phones, mail)
Order office supplies and consumables, manage stock inventory
Assist with various administrative tasks as needed (e.g., event coordination, flight and accommodation bookings)
Location
This is a full-time, permanent role. This residential role is based at our Broome office. Local residents are encouraged to apply.
What You Will Need
An ability to demonstrate a high work ethic and integrity together with a positive mindset.
Essential Criteria
Prior experience in an administrative role
Accounts payable experience
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
High computer and online software literacy including experience with MS suite of programs
Strong organisational, written and verbal communication skills
Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Unrestricted working rights in Australia
Desirable Criteria
Current driver's licence
Previous experience using business management systems
Tertiary qualification in business administration, accounts, or similar
