We're seeking a motivated and organised Branch Coordinator to join our Gunnedah team. This is a key leadership position supporting branch operations, coordinating resources, and ensuring projects and day-to-day activities are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.
Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll play a vital role in connecting planning, field operations, workshop activities, and administration to keep the branch operating at peak performance.
Responsibilities
* Coordinate branch operations to ensure projects and maintenance activities are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
* Support planning and scheduling by assisting with workforce allocation, job coordination and resource management.
* Work closely with Site Coordinators and Supervisors to ensure teams have the information, equipment and support required for success.
* Drive safety and compliance through inspections, toolbox meetings, reporting and quality assurance processes.
* Manage operational administration including job cards, timesheets, employee documentation and branch reporting.
* Oversee workshop activities including inventory management, equipment readiness and workflow coordination.
* Support employee development through coaching, mentoring and training initiatives.
* Monitor labour utilisation and productivity to ensure branch performance targets are achieved.

Qualifications
* Strong focus on Safety and Core Values.
* Previous experience in a Coordinator, Supervisor or similar leadership role.
* Experience within heavy industry, mining services, conveyor systems, mechanical trades, manufacturing or materials handling.
* Proven ability to coordinate people, resources and competing priorities.
* Strong organisational, planning and problem‐solving skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Experience coaching, mentoring and supporting team members.
* High attention to detail and commitment to quality outcomes.
* Current Australian Driver's Licence.
* Trade qualification, Certificate III in Mechanical Trade, Polymer Processing or equivalent industry experience highly regarded.
