The Role
A newly created opportunity exists for an experienced Retail Property Manager to join this growing team. You'll take ownership of leasing, placement, and performance of sites across a national portfolio—working closely with landlords, partners, and internal teams to deliver results.
What You'll Do
* Manage lease & licence agreements nationally
* Coordinate site surveys, proposals, and presentations to landlords
* Liaise with landlords on placements, upgrades & property issues
* Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business
About You
* Proven experience in retail property or lease management
* Confident working with shopping centre floor plans & tenancy mix
* Strong communicator & negotiator with excellent stakeholder skills
* Proactive, detail-focused, and capable of managing your portfolio independently
