Service Infrastructure Tradesperson
We are seeking an experienced Service Infrastructure Tradesperson to join our team. This role is responsible for conducting audits and performing maintenance tasks on site-based infrastructure, including camp facilities, offices, and equipment.
* Conduct audits of work required within the site-based infrastructure, including camp facilities, rooms, wet and dry messes, and offices.
* Perform general maintenance tasks in laundry, air conditioning units, room repairs, and gardening.
* Maintain, diagnose, and repair commercial kitchen equipment.
* Basic plumbing works, including water leak repairs, tap and shower repairs, and pipework upgrades as required.
* Continuously develop and improve housekeeping practices.
* Maintain parts storage and reorder necessary parts.
* Ensure workshop tools and equipment are in safe working order.
* Enter work orders for identified works.
* Plan and estimate materials for tasks.
* Complete time-based work order monitoring in Pronto and prioritize tasks.
* Demonstrate diagnostic and technical skills.
* Work collaboratively with the Maintenance Team to ensure all activities are performed safely, efficiently, and effectively.
Requirements:
* A Grade Electrical Licence or restricted licence.
* Full refrigeration and air conditioning licence.
* Handy person experience of at least 2 years.
* Poly welding certification (desired).
* St Johns Senior First Aid certificate (desired).
* Pronto experience (desired).
* C Class Western Australian Drivers Licence.
* Working at Heights and Confined Space Ticketed.
* Awareness of Mines Safety and Inspection Act & Regulations.
* Mine site experience desired.
