The Tool Maker is responsible for the maintenance, repair and installation of precision tools, dies, jigs, and fixtures used in the manufacturing process and machines. This role ensures that all tooling meets quality standards and supports efficient production operations.

Key Responsibilities
* Tool Maintenance and Installation
* Assemble and maintain tools, dies, jigs, and fixtures according to engineering specifications.
* Install precision machining tool into manufacturing equipment.
* Quality Assurance
* Inspect tools and components for accuracy, functionality, and compliance with tolerances.
* Conduct troubleshooting and corrective actions to resolve tooling issues.
* Design & Documentation
* Interpret technical drawings and CAD models to produce accurate tooling.
* Maintain records of tooling designs, modifications, and maintenance schedules.
* Collaboration
* Work closely with production teams to ensure tooling supports manufacturing efficiency.
* Liaise with engineers to improve tool design and optimize processes.
* Safety & Compliance
* Adhere to workplace health and safety standards.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
