We are seeking a dedicated Production Operator to join our team and contribute to our manufacturing operations at Ridley AgriProducts in St Arnaud. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating production equipment, monitoring quality control measures, and ensuring the efficient and safe production of goods. The role
* Operate and monitor milling equipment to ensure efficient production.
* Perform quality checks and maintain product specifications.
* Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues to minimize downtime.
* Adhere to safety and operational procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
* Assist with inventory management and maintain a clean work area.
* Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and improve processes.
You will have
* Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment (preferred).
* Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
* A commitment to safety and quality standards.
* Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
* Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends, if required.
* Relevant certifications or training in manufacturing processes (an advantage).
