As a Service Desk Analyst, you’ll be the first point of contact for IT support across Sundale. You’ll provide hands-on and remote assistance to resolve technical issues, manage service requests, and ensure our teams can operate smoothly and efficiently. This is a agile role that blends technical expertise with exceptional customer service.

Role and Responsibilities
- Provide first-contact support via phone, email, chat, and onsite visits.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
- Escalate incidents when necessary and ensure accurate documentation.
- Deploy software and perform desktop-level fixes and maintenance.
- Manage user accounts and proactively maintain user profiles.
- Contribute to the technical knowledgebase and create help sheets/FAQs.
- Monitor and reinforce SLAs to manage expectations and service quality.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external service providers.
- Participate in on-call duties as part of a rotating roster.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience supporting end users in a large organisation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Excellent time management and prioritisation skills.
- Familiarity with ITIL principles and ITSM ticketing practices.
- Knowledge of Windows 10/11, Android, iOS, and enterprise infrastructure.
- A proactive, customer-focused attitude with keen attention to detail.
- Certificate III or Higher in Information Technology or equivalent industry certification
- Current QLD Drivers Licence
- Police Check
- Pre-employment medical assessment
