We are seeking an ambitious and organized professional to manage the delivery of podcast campaigns across our network.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of campaign assets, tracking and reporting, and stakeholder management.
This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders including sales, create, and finance teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage end-to-end delivery of client podcast campaigns, campaign asset creation, tracking, and reporting.
* Communicate effectively with podcast partners, talent, and internal stakeholders to deliver client campaigns across our network and broader station platforms.
* Deliver high-quality campaign elements on time and to a standard that sets us apart from competitors.
* Collaborate with stakeholders across the business, including talent, content teams, create, ad operations, commercial sales, and finance teams.
* Build strong relationships with podcast partners, talent, and internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a similar role with a body of work to share.
* Experience in campaign creation/delivery and project management.
* Strong administrative skills and ability to juggle multiple tasks and stakeholders.
* Ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders, including customers, content teams, create, ad operations, commercial sales, and finance teams.
* Ability to build strong relationships with podcast partners, talent, and internal stakeholders.
