An established lifestyle resort developer is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to support the delivery of a large scale coastal lifestyle resort in Burnett Heads.
Working under an experienced Site Manager, you'll be responsible for supervising Foremen and trades while overseeing the construction of the residential component of the resort. This includes medium density builds such repeat volume style homes. This is a hands on role suited to someone who enjoys being on site, leading from the front, and delivering quality homes within a structured environment.
About the role
You'll assist in managing daily site operations and play a key part in driving safety, quality, and programme across the residential builds that form part of the broader lifestyle resort development.
Key responsibilities include:
* Supervising Foremen, subcontractors and trades
* Coordinating day to day site activities
* Supporting build programs and construction schedules
* Ensuring WHS compliance and quality standards are met
* Managing defects and workmanship
* Reporting progress to the Site Manager
What we're looking for
* QBCC Site Supervisor Licence (essential)
* Experience in medium density, townhouse or repeat volume residential construction
* Trade background preferred (carpentry ideal but not essential)
* Strong communication and leadership skills
* Organised, reliable, and able to manage multiple builds
* Comfortable working within structured systems and processes
