Job Description
Reporting to senior operations leadership, this role is responsible for the end-to-end performance of multiple venues. You will lead, coach and hold Venue Managers accountable while ensuring consistent execution across operations, compliance and customer experience.
This is a hands-on leadership role balancing strategic oversight with operational discipline.
Key responsibilities include:
* Coaching and developing Venue Managers to build high-performing, accountable teams
* Driving financial outcomes across revenue, cost control and EBITDAR performance
* Leading labour planning, rostering discipline and cost management
* Overseeing gaming operations, reporting and compliance standards
* Managing GP performance including stock control, audits and product optimisation
* Ensuring full compliance across licensing, WHS, AML/CTF and regulatory frameworks
* Executing customer experience strategies and service consistency across venues
* Leading quarterly planning, KPI ownership and business performance reviews
* Overseeing marketing execution, promotions and return on investment
* Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders, regulators and local communities
Candidate Profile
You are a commercially astute and operationally strong hospitality leader with proven multi-site experience. You bring a structured approach to performance, a strong understanding of compliance and a genuine passion for developing people.
* Proven success managing multiple venues in a complex hospitality environment
* Strong financial acumen across P&L, labour and cost control
* Deep understanding of compliance, gaming and regulatory requirements
* Exceptional leadership and coaching capability
* High attention to detail across operations, reporting and administration
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
* A values-driven, resilient and solutions-focused mindset
