We are seeking a passionate and experienced Assistant Director to lead with care, compassion and pride within this beautiful childcare service in the heart of North Sydney
In this role you will support the Centre Director with day-to-day running of the service, alongside supporting a team of dedicated Educators and interacting with the local community and families.

Key Responsibilities:
* Supporting the Centre Director with day-to-day operations and administration.
* Provide a supportive working environment where Educators can focus on creating a safe, secure and expressive learning space for children.
* Building long-lasting relationships with team members and families, keeping them informed of upcoming events
* Contributing to the service being a great place to work, and fantastic place for learning and exploration for children.
What We're Looking For:
* A completed Diploma or ECT in Early Childhood Education and Care.
* A great understanding of the EYLF and National Quality Framework (NQF).
* At least 2 year as an Assistant Director / 2IC.
* Full Working Rights (Must be able to work full-time)
* Current First Aid and CPR certification.
* Working with Children Check
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Genuine passion for working with children and supporting their growth and development.
