Our Client
Our client is a holding company with diversified interests and a passion for innovation. With market leading technology our client has huge growth plans in the industrial and consumer sector. One of Australia’s success stories, the business is now looking for a Senior Legal Counsel to join the thriving in-house team.
The Roles
There is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Legal Counsel to join the in-house team on a permanent basis. The SLC is responsible for contributing to the business’ strategy and vision through the provision of expert legal advice ensuring the ongoing protection of its interests.
You will provide a full suite of legal services including but not limited to the following: contract preparation and negotiations, tendering, leases and licences, contract and workplace law, dispute resolution, commercial transactions including acquisitions, brand and intellectual property rights, and privacy matters.
Full PD available on request to suitable candidates.
What's on Offer
You will have the chance to contribute to the success of the business and join a cohesive and highly successful in-house team. Salary package pending experience. Will suit applicants between $150,000-$190,000.
