Job Description
As an Assistant Retail Store Manager, you will work closely with the Store Manager to coach and grow a dynamic retail team. This role involves coaching retail consultants to success, ensuring they are driven and energized to reach and exceed sales targets.
Key responsibilities include overseeing induction of new team members, coaching the store team to meet (and exceed) sales targets, supporting the team with customer query escalations, and stepping up to act as Store Manager when needed.
This role requires a high level of leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and influence a diverse team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a retail leadership or assistant management role, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and exceeding KPIs.
