* Ensures users get the most from software and maximise retention by ensuring excellent workflow and technology integration.
* Leads training sessions digitally and via group Webinars.
* Liaises with stakeholders to deliver product configuration, data migration, training and service.
* Develops and implements strategies to drive client engagement and retention.
About You
* Australian financial planning experience or willingness to learn.
* Strong CRM implementation and adaptation skills.
* Excellent stakeholder management and client engagement skills.
* A results-orientated professional with strong collaboration and communication skills.
