What You'll Be Doing
* Diagnosing and resolving breakdowns in the field
* Performing scheduled servicing and preventative maintenance
* Conducting fault finding across mechanical, hydraulic and electrical systems
* Working directly with customers to deliver safe and professional service
* Collaborating with internal technical teams on complex repairs
* Representing the business professionally across customer sites

About You
* Mechanical Trade Certificate (all mechanical trades considered)
* Experience working on fixed or mobile plant, construction, agricultural or automotive equipment
* Previous JCB or OEM equipment experience desirable
* Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
* Current Australian driver's licence
* Commitment to safe work practices and good communication skills
* Ability to undergo a pre-employment medical including drug & alcohol screening
* Full working rights in Australia
