The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing statutory and management reports, ensuring compliance with Australian accounting and taxation requirements, and supporting operational and strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities: Manage full-cycle accounting including AP/AR, general ledger, and month-end/year-end close Prepare and analyze financial statements, variance reports, and budget forecasts Ensure compliance with tax regulations, GAAP/IFRS standards, and internal controls Reconcile bank statements, fixed assets, and intercompany accounts Coordinate with auditors and prepare documentation for internal/external audits Support management with financial analysis, cost control, and decision-making insights Maintain accurate records and improve accounting processes/systems
