About You We are looking for passionate individuals who meet the following criteria: Diploma in Early childhood and education or ACECQA approved equivalent Availability to work rotating shifts between 6:30am and 6:30pm across five days per week Strong knowledge of Children's Services Regulations and National Quality Standards Excellent written and verbal communication skills A commitment to providing high-quality care Current Working with Children Check, First-Aid Certificate, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training, and Food Handlers Certificate Core Values and Principles Our Values At Aspire, our values are the foundation of everything we do.
