About the role
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Food & Beverage Manager to join our team. This is a full time role based at our venue located approx 20klm West of Brisbane. As the Food & Beverage Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring exceptional customer service and the smooth running of our busy food and beverage operations.
This position is specifically for a Food & Beverage Manager role.
What you'll be doing
* Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the food and beverage team, including rostering, training and supervising staff
* Ensuring high standards of customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our patrons
* Coordinating and overseeing the preparation and service of food and beverages, including managing stock levels and ordering supplies
* Handling customer queries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
* Supporting and coordinating the implementation and running of promotions, events and new menu items
* Assisting with administrative tasks such as reporting, stock counting and record-keeping
What we're looking for
* Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a food and beverage setting
* Minimum 2+ years of supervisory or management experience in the hospitality industry
* Excellent customer service skills and the ability to lead and motivate a team
* Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail
* Proficient in using point-of-sale systems and inventory management software
* Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
* A current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate
* Australian work rights are required for this position
* Availability for full-time employment arrangements is required for this position
