We are seeking a Transport & Customer Service Coordinator to join an Australia's leading waste oil collection service team for an ongoing assignment.
Roster: Monday to Friday 38 hours per week
Location: North Fremantle
Start: ASAP start
Hourly rate: $40.00 p/h + Super depending on experience
The Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Transport & Customer Service Coordinator to join a customer-focused national operations team. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth administrative, operational, and customer service support across multiple locations, while contributing to continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver prompt, professional responses to customer enquiries via phone and email.
* Support sales and operations teams through route planning, lead generation, and reporting.
* Manage site stock, ensuring accuracy, traceability, and compliance standards are met.
* Prepare, reconcile, and issue invoices while managing customer accounts.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and operational activities.
* Collaborate with internal teams to meet operational and sales objectives.
Essential Skills & Experience
* Strong administrative, organisational, and time management skills.
* Excellent verbal and written communication, with attention to detail.
* Experience with stock management, inventory reconciliation, and traceability.
* Accounts experience including invoicing, reconciliation, and payments.
* Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, and CRM platforms.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a dispersed team across multiple sites.
* Resilient, results-focused, and able to maintain calm under pressure.
* Experience with scheduling, CRM, or ERP software systems.
