About The Role
We're building a team of events superstars to join Arts Centre Melbourne's Conferences, Meetings & Events team. We operate across 11 event spaces in Hamer Hall, Sidney Myer Music Bowl, and the Theatres Building beneath the Spire. Events range from corporate daytime clients, cocktail parties, to banquet dinners. Availability in evenings and weekends is essential. This is a fast-paced hospitality role with overtime conditions and fortnightly rosters in advance. A wide variety of roster patterns are available with regular shifts or longer hours in the same venue.
Hourly rate of $32.87 inclusive of 25% casual loading plus superannuation.

Your Skills And Experience
To be successful, you will be an enthusiastic and passionate individual, with:
* Experience in customer service
* Experience in a fast-paced food and beverage operation
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* A current RSA Certificate
* Experience and knowledge of food handling standards and OHS compliance
