You'll play a pivotal role in managing the behind-the-scenes processes that allow the team to deliver exceptional service and outstanding results.
Based in a stunning modern office in Adelaide's east, you'll be part of a supportive and collaborative environment where initiative and excellence are recognised and rewarded.Duties and ResponsibilitiesManaging communication with clients, tradespeople, and the styling teamLeading daily team meetings and maintaining team focusHandling administrative tasks from appraisal through to property settlementCoordinating with conveyancers for contract and settlement documentationDrafting and preparing sales contracts, addendums, and agency agreementsPlanning and implementing marketing campaigns for property listingsNotifying vendors about inspection schedules and timelinesPreparing auction and open inspection materialsCoordinating settlements, including gifts and keys for buyers and vendorsCreating and sending sales proposals and pre-listing kitsSupporting the execution of the team's business plan and strategic goalsManaging calendars and schedules across the teamTracking and driving KPIsAssisting with field-based tasks such as signage, letterbox drops, and client giftsSkills and ExperienceTo be successful in this role, you will be a motivated and organised professional who enjoys working in a team environment.
