Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement person-centred plans to identify life goals and work towards achieving them;
* Support customers in daily living skills such as meal preparation, housekeeping, showering, toileting, medication administration, and attending appointments;
* Ensure positive behaviour support plans are followed;
* Assist with administration duties and mandatory reporting;
* Join customers in community-based activities and recreational events;
What We're Looking For
* Well-developed interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships;
* Ability to follow person-centred plans and assist individuals to achieve their goals and outcomes;
* An understanding and enthusiasm for working alongside people with disabilities;
* A valid driver's licence and willingness to use your private vehicle (aligned with our motor vehicle allowance rebate);
