About the Role
As a Pizza Chef at Fratelli Fresh, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional quality pizzas every service, every time. You will:
* Prepare, portion, and manage all pizza ingredients
* Hand-stretch dough with precision and consistency
* Cook pizzas in high-temperature ovens to Fratelli standards
* Maintain kitchen hygiene and food safety standards
* Work collaboratively with a fast-paced team
* Contribute to specials and new menu ideas (for senior candidates)
About You
We're looking for someone who brings skill, passion, and pride to the craft of pizza making.
You will have:
* 3+ years' experience as a Pizza Chef or Pizzaiolo
* Strong dough-making and stretching technique
* Confidence operating stone or deck ovens
* A calm, team-focused approach during busy services
* Commitment to quality, consistency, and presentation
* The ability to work independently when needed
