Project Coordinator Role

Squadron Energy is a leading renewable energy company in Australia, developing, operating and owning renewable energy assets. Our goal is to improve the environment for current and future generations by leading Australia's transition to renewable energy.

The Project Coordinator supports planning and scheduling for Development and Pre-FID phase projects across the portfolio. Key responsibilities include:

* Develop and maintain integrated project schedules, incorporating scope, milestones, dependencies and assumptions.
* Create and maintain Basis of Schedule (BoS) documents and support planning workshops.
* Establish and manage schedule baselines, ensuring version control and traceability.
* Perform monthly schedule updates and generate reports, dashboards and lookaheads.

Required skills and experience include:

* 2+ years in project planning/scheduling with proficiency in Primavera P6, Oracle Primavera Cloud and MS Project.
* Strong understanding of critical path, float and schedule constructability.
* Familiarity with schedule risk analysis, cost control and integrated project controls.

Key qualifications for success:

1. Proven track record in delivering high-quality project coordination and scheduling services.
2. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
3. Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
