Marketing Automation Specialist
Develop and implement data-driven marketing automations to enhance student engagement and retention. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design journey flows, segmentation strategies, and prospect pathways.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage campaign data for current and prospective student communications, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
* Design and enhance marketing automations, including identifying new requirements and future improvements.
* Collaborate with the communications team to develop effective automation and journey-building projects.
* Conduct testing and reporting on automation and campaign performance to drive continuous improvement.
* Support internal stakeholders, including managing platform updates and assisting with IT and Salesforce-related requests.
Requirements:
* Formal qualifications in a marketing or business discipline is desirable.
* Marketing Cloud experience is essential.
* Experience with using CRM data is highly desirable.
* Complex data structures can be handled effectively by the ideal candidate.
* Business Analytics or Functional Analytics skills are highly valued.
