About the Role
Providing outstanding customer service and support
Updating customers throughout the post-sale process
Assisting customers with approvals, applications, and required documentation
Following up on missing documents and ensuring files are complete
Managing phone and email communications with a friendly, professional manner
Maintaining accurate records and supporting the sales team with admin tasks
Working efficiently under pressure to meet deadlines
What You Bring
Experience in sales administration or a similar field (required)
Strong organisational and time-management skills
A pleasant, confident phone manner
Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks
Interest in the solar/renewables industry is a bonus
Full-time, in-office role
