Overview Of The Role
Applications are open for the Apprentice Mentor position in the Services Department for Electrical trades at Nyrstar Port Pirie.
The Apprentice Mentor will ensure leadership, guidance, training, and ongoing support for apprentices are provided to a high standard, including guidance on training and technical matters to enhance the capabilities of both apprentices and the program. Responsibilities include establishing, implementing, and administering training programs, developing systems, managing records, and documenting procedures.
This is a residential role based in Port Pirie, South Australia, working on a Monday to Friday roster, allowing a healthy work-life balance while building a successful career.

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:
* Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace Training or similar (highly regarded)
* Trade certificate in Electrical
* Experience in managing people
