About the Role:
As a Rental Operations Agent, you'll be involved in all aspects of our operations—from interacting with customers at the counter to preparing vehicles for their next journey. This is a varied, hands-on role that combines customer service, vehicle inspections, and cleaning duties.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Welcoming and assisting customers at the rental counter
* Completing rental transactions, bookings, and contracts
* Promoting our products and services
* Inspecting vehicles for damage and cleanliness
* Cleaning the interior and exterior of vehicles to company standards

What We're Looking For:
* A full and valid Australian driver's licence
* Availability to work a rotating roster (including weekends, evenings, and public holidays)
* Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales is a plus
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional service
* Comfortable using computer systems to manage bookings and rental information
* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
