* Nurse Unit Manager Level 2 : $137,104.41per annum
* Occupational Therapist Level 5 : $135,884.00 - $139,188.00 per annum
* Social Worker Level 5 : $135,884.00 - $139,188.00 per annum
In addition to base salary, all roles attract 12% Superannuation + Salary Packaging

We are seeking an engaged and forward‑thinking Team Leader to guide our Bankstown Assertive Outreach Community Mental Health team. This role leads a dynamic, multidisciplinary team delivering recovery‑oriented, strengths‑based care to people experiencing severe and persistent mental illness. Working within a Flexible Assertive Community Treatment model across a 7‑day roster, you will play a key role in ensuring high‑quality, person‑centred service delivery for consumers and their supports.

Selection Criteria

* Applicants must possess an Australian C-Class driver's license (including P1 or P2). Those who hold a C class license (P1 or P2 included) from a state other than NSW must obtain a NSW C class (P1 or P2 included) license within three months of appointment. Learner's licenses are not permitted.
