 
        
        **About the role**: 
Bathurst Regional Council is currently seeking an experienced customer service professional to join the Waste Management Centre team in the role of Customer Service Officer.
The position is responsible for providing outstanding service to customers and contractors at the Waste Management Centre and for providing administrative support to ensure the Centre runs effectively and efficiently.

- Demonstrated customer service skills 
- Interest in the waste and recycling industry 
- Excellent oral and written communication skills 
- Good organisational and time management skills 
- Ability to work in a team and provide support in promoting cooperation and good relationships 
- Good level of fitness 
- Demonstrated ability to follow instruction

This position requires a pre employment health assessment which includes a functional, audio and drug and alcohol screen.
**Salary**: $1,044.00 to $1,096.90 per week + adverse working conditions allowance level 2 of $48.94 per week + superannuation
**Position Status**:Permanent Full-time
**Hours of work**:38 hours per week with an RDO every third week
