Main Responsibilities
* Design and execute A/B testing campaigns to measure the impact of website changes on customer behavior.
* Lead multiple projects from concept development to successful implementation, ensuring capabilities meet business requirements.
* Develop and manage the experimentation roadmap, driving continuous improvement across the customer journey.
* Drive personalization strategies by leveraging customer insights, segmentation, and advanced analytics.
* Analyze data to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to optimize the website.
* Produce weekly and monthly reports for the local eCommerce business, including key performance indicators and promotional metrics.
