Business Development Role
The Magnum Ice Cream Company is seeking a Territory Business Manager to drive sales growth and deliver exceptional customer experiences in the Perth territory. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a high-growth ice cream business and contribute to its success.
Main Responsibilities
* Maintain a strong customer base and identify new business leads through proactive outreach and engagement, driving sales and revenue growth.
* Pursue opportunities for all Out of Home brands within each customer, leveraging negotiation skills and relationship management expertise to maximize sales potential.
* Achieve distribution targets for New Product Development (NPD) and Core Range products, ensuring optimal product placement and availability.
* Implement agreed monthly targets and drive business growth through effective asset management, discounts, and promotions, resulting in increased customer satisfaction and loyalty.
* Deliver merchandise excellence within the geographic area, ensuring high-quality products are readily available to customers, meeting their expectations and needs.
* Meet Return on Investment (ROI) criteria for discounts and capital investments, demonstrating business acumen and fiscal responsibility.
* BUILD strong relationships with customers, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) teams, and other stakeholders, fostering a positive and collaborative business environment.
* Participate in approved company Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) programmes to ensure a safe working environment, promoting employee well-being and productivity.
