Join this Global Manufacturer as their sole Sales Support and Order Entry person.
You will work in a small office of two others, whilst also supporting Sales Reps on the road.
We are looking for a customer focused individual who enjoys variety in their day.
Your main responsibilities will include:
* Daily processing of orders;
* Liaising with customers (mainly via email), vendors and courier companies;
* Assisting Sales Reps with relevant admin and reporting;
* Preparing the orders ready for daily pick up; and
* Receiving orders and re-stocking shelves.
*Please note this is a small stock room and no lifting over 5kgs will be required.
To be considered for this position, we are seeking:
* Experience processing orders into ERP system (Dynamics 365 advantageous);
* Customer Service experience;
* Stock control experience; and
* A desire to work in a small, respectful and team focused environment.
