As the Store Manager, you'll oversee day‑to‑day operations, inspire and coach your team, and deliver an outstanding customer experience.
You'll take ownership of promotional events and store campaigns in partnership with some of the industry's most recognised national brands.

Responsibilities
* Lead and motivate a large team within a high‑volume, big‑box retail setting
* Coordinate promotional events, supplier activations, and store campaigns
* Build strong customer relationships while driving sales and store performance
* Collaborate with the Franchise Owner and leadership team to enhance operations
* Assist with recruitment and onboarding of new team members
* Flexibility to work occasional weekends for key store events
What We're Looking For
* Proven retail leadership experience, ideally within hardware or big‑box retail
* A strong focus on people development, culture, and customer service
* Highly organised, operationally astute, and confident managing multiple systems
* Experience with Pronto and Tanda (highly regarded)
* Hands‑on approach, comfortable in a physically active retail environment
* Passionate about learning, growth, and delivering results
