Key Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality customer service via phone and email
* Process quotations, orders, returns, credits, and payments
* Maintain accurate customer records and system data
* Allocate payments and support accounts administration
* Manage web orders and follow up on quotations and projects
* Liaise with third-party vendors and support accounts payable tasks
* Order office supplies and assist with general administration

* Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
* High attention to detail and strong system accuracy
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlinesTeam-oriented with a positive, professional attitude
