Due to continued growth in our industry we need your support in achieving Queensland's renewable energy targets.
In this vital role you will enable and support Powerlink in delivering best practice services and outcomes for our customers, land owners, stakeholders and Queensland communities.
**About the role**:
As part of the Property team you provide critical support in enabling the development and execution of new projects while also ensuring the optimal management of property for our existing and future infrastructure.
In this vital role you will manage our non-operational land assets to ensure optimal delivery of property/real estate strategies and management systems for a large, diverse property portfolio including commercial, industrial, residential and corporate property assets.
- You will negotiate and manage third party agreements and other such property rights both on behalf of and for Powerlink.
- You will contribute to Powerlinks Social Licence, ensuring community expectations and legislative requirements are adhered to.
This role comprises of both field and office based opportunities.
**About you**:
You are a people person with a broad range of skills and experiences and great relationship building skills. The experience and skills you acquired can come from various industries and roles. Qualifications in any of the following areas would support your success in the role; property, land management, rural based real estate, valuation, Land Access, or related fields.
