We are looking for a Business Systems Coordinator who will oversee the setup, maintenance and optimisation of key digital systems to support smooth business operations and communication.
Reporting to the Associate Executive Director – Business Development and Growth, you will monitor and manage information system performance for improvement and contribute data and performance driven insights and outcomes to key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities Include:
1. Provide technical management, oversight, and programming support for business system technology and function.
2. Assist with data quality, integration, migration and maintenance of business systems including DTA's CRM, LMS, website and intranet.
3. Participate in strategic programs of work alongside other senior managers to help elicit requirements and translate them into functional specifications across the platforms.
4. Define, develop and implement relevant governance mechanisms, technical documentation and user adoption support materials, to drive business systems implementation success.
5. Manage workloads and priorities, ensuring key deliverables are met.
6. Act in accordance with workplace policies and work health and safety responsibilities.
Requirements
Selection Criteria
1. Degree or tertiary qualification in relevant field with subsequent relevant experience and/or an equivalent combination of experience and education/training.
* Demonstrated experience in managing customer focused, IT support across multiple systems
* Demonstrated experience in managing a small team, building their professional skills and experience in line with operational requirements.
* Demonstrated experience in managing and engaging stakeholders in the development and refinement of IT strategy and improvements that contribute to business efficiencies.
* Ability to gather and document business systems requirements and stakeholder feedback.
* Demonstrated experience in supporting Google Suite, WordPress, Monday.com, Docebo or similar, and a willingness to learn new systems, processes and skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a high-pressured environment to deliver strategic outcomes.
* Highly developed written, oral and interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to liaise, consult and negotiate with a diverse range of clients and stakeholders.
* Highly developed organisational skills, with ability to prioritising multiple work activities and responsibilities to meet deadlines.
