Overview
We are currently recruiting a Track Site Engineer to support the delivery and commissioning of track construction and maintenance works throughout central Queensland. An ability to deliver within tight rail possession / occupation windows is essential.
Location: Rockhampton, QLD
Duration: Permanent, Full-time
Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 + Super

Responsibilities
* Support the delivery of track construction and maintenance works, including site inspections and track walkouts.
* Assist with reviewing work packs, monitoring daily progress, and ensuring methodologies and safety requirements are followed.
* Provide onsite engineering support during possessions/occupations and escalate issues to senior engineers, PMs or supervisors.
* Coordinate with internal teams and contractors to resolve technical queries and maintain works on schedule and within resources.
* Contribute to safety documentation, risk assessments, and reporting of hazards or improvement opportunities.
Required Experience
* Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or similar
* At least 1 year on rail track construction projects
* RIW Card
* Statement of Competency with QR, ARTC, MTM, Vline or Sydney Trains desirable (but not a requirement)
* Drivers licence
