What You’ll Be Doing
Supporting the Senior Property Managers with a range of in and out-of-office duties, including:
- Processing applications & leasing support
- Open homes & private inspections
- Routine inspections & assisting with exits
- Tenant communication & customer service
- General administrative tasks
(Note: Senior PMs handle entries & most exits, so your workload remains manageable and well-supported.)
What We’re Looking For
- At least 12 months of experience in a Property Management or Assistant PM role
- Current QLD Certificate of Registration
- Valid driver’s licence
- Strong organisational & time management skills
- Tech-savvy with high attention to detail
- A team player with a positive, proactive attitude
