Administrative Support Role
This position is responsible for providing administrative support to senior leaders and their teams, ensuring effective use of time and attention to meet key business objectives.
The primary purpose of this role is to deliver high-quality administrative services to key business areas.
* Provide timely and professional assistance to senior people leaders.
* Assist with diary management, meetings, travel coordination, correspondence, and document preparation.
* Liaise with clients, partners, and peers as required.
* Arrange meetings, travel, conferences, and events.
Closely work with the EA to the Chief People and Legal Officer, People & Culture, IT Support, and Admin Services teams to onboard new employees and offboard exiting employees.
Responsibilities include:
* Supporting senior leaders in achieving business goals.
* Managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and arranging travel.
* Preparing documents, correspondence, and presentations.
* Communicating with internal and external stakeholders.
