Accounts Administrator - Temporary Assignment
Start Mid-September | 4-5 Weeks | Handover Provided
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Administrator to assist a friendly and busy team on a short-term basis. This role will commence mid-September and run for approximately 4–5 weeks, with a thorough handover provided to ensure a smooth transition.
You will be responsible for supporting day-to-day accounts operations, focusing on bank transaction processing, invoicing, and receipting. Please note: no bank reconciliation is required.
To be successful, you must have:
* Proven experience using MYOB and Xero
* Confidence in handling bank transactions, generating and sending invoices, and receipting payments
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* The ability to work independently and efficiently within a small team
