Titus People has partnered with a long-standing and highly regarded medical practice in the heart of Maitland, NSW, to find a passionate and experienced General Practitioner to join their growing team.
About the Location
Located in the beautiful Hunter Valley, Maitland is a thriving regional hub just 30 minutes from Newcastle and under two hours from Sydney. With its blend of heritage charm, contemporary amenities, excellent schools, and easy access to the coast and vineyards, Maitland offers the ideal balance between professional opportunity and lifestyle.
About The Practice
Our client’s practice is known locally for delivering exceptional, patient-focused care to a diverse community. As a GP here, you’ll be supported by a collaborative team working together to deliver a wide range of services, including:
* General medical consultations and preventive health checks
* Same-day appointments for sick children
* Women’s health: pap smears, breast checks, sexual health, and pregnancy testing
* Shared obstetric care and men’s health
* Chronic disease management including asthma and diabetes
* Skin cancer services: cryotherapy, cautery, and surgical lesion removal
* Vaccinations – routine, travel, and childhood immunisations
* Urgent care for lacerations and minor trauma
* Workers’ compensation, pre-employment medicals, and health assessments
* ECGs, INR testing, spirometry, and diabetes education
* Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health checks
* Phone consults and acupuncture services

Who We’re Looking For
* Vocationally Registered GP (FRACGP or FACRRM)
* AHPRA registered (unrestricted)
* Available for work in an MM1 area
