As a Risk and Compliance professional, you will play a key role in ensuring our organization operates within the bounds of regulatory requirements.
This includes overseeing security protocols to safeguard sensitive information, conducting regular audits to ensure data accuracy, and managing ongoing training programs for staff.
You will be responsible for administering representative appointments and revocations with relevant authorities, performing monthly reconciliations, and assisting in documenting processes and incident management. Other risk and compliance support activities may also be required.
To be successful in this role, you will need strong written and spoken communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask under pressure. You must also be able to prioritize work effectively and perform under pressure, demonstrating a commitment to quality and drive for excellence.
The ideal candidate will possess a proactive attitude, problem-solving and time management skills, and high ethical standards and integrity. Travel to various locations may be required on occasion.
