Job Role - HRIS Business Analyst
Salary - $120,000-$130,000 plus enhanced super
Start date - ASAP
Duration - 12 month fixed term
I am working with a local council in their search for an experienced Business Analyst with a proven track record in HRIS implementation and exceptional HR stakeholder engagement. Key Responsibilities
* Lead the business analysis function for the HRIS implementation
* Engage and collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather and validate requirements
* Analyse current HR processes and identify improvement opportunities
* Translate business needs into technical specifications and user stories
* Support change management and user adoption strategies
* Work with vendors and internal IT teams to deliver project milestones
About You:
* Proven experience as a Business Analyst with HRIS implementation experience
* Strong understanding of HR processes and systems
* Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills, particularly with HR teams
* Ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical audiences
* A proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving
