Your Key Strengths
We're looking for someone who brings:
Formal culinary qualifications.
Demonstrated experience in a high-end restaurant and / or five-star catering, hospitality or hotel environment.
Strong skills in menu planning, food ordering, storage, and presentation.
Ability to lead and coordinate kitchen staff including apprentices and casual chefs.
Commitment to training and mentoring emerging culinary talent.
Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety programs.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Confidence using computer systems (email, internet, word processing, spreadsheets).
Reliability and independence in managing tasks and meeting deadlines.
Flexibility to work overtime and weekends (as required).
