The role of a Showroom Consultant is to contribute to the growth and success of a tight-knit branch in Hindmarsh.
Key responsibilities include interacting with designers, architects, and homeowners, asking them the right questions to understand their tastes, budget, and timeline, to provide a tailored selection of natural stone products. Coordinating sample requests, customer follow-ups, invoicing, and order updates are also crucial aspects of this role.
A warm and welcoming environment must be created for customers as they enter the showroom. Maintaining the immaculate presentation of the showroom is essential.
To succeed in this position, experience in customer service is required. This includes having a genuine conversation with a customer and identifying exactly what they're looking for, putting yourself in someone else's shoes and envisioning what they're going through by asking open questions to explore further.
