Hudson is seeking an experienced Program Officer to join a regional team supporting the delivery of high-quality professional learning programs. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you'll provide direct support to participants and ensure smooth program delivery from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
* Support participants throughout the full program lifecycle – from registration through to program conclusion
* Provide program resources, set up rooms (both physical and virtual), and deliver exceptional customer service
* Contribute to the planning and execution of defined projects and initiatives
* Maintain accurate program and participant records
* Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing updates, briefings, and support as required
* Assess participant needs and deliver services in line with operational guidelines
